Professional profile

Cristian Orozco

I am a Java backend developer with a bachelor's degree in Informatics and a qualification in Systems Analysis, with professional experience building APIs and applications used in real environments.

At Silicon Misiones, I contributed to backend development for the Agro Sustentable Producers Portal, a solution deployed to production. The work included architecture design, REST APIs, Spring Security and JWT, PostgreSQL persistence, file storage with MinIO and Amazon S3, automated testing, and deployment with Docker.

My professional experience includes backend development for the Agro Sustentable Producers Portal (deployed to production), DonnKill Vet for veterinary clinical management (a functional prototype with a microservices architecture), and IAM-WCortex for identity and access management (in development).

Each project shows its actual stage — Completed, Prototype, or In development — alongside its architecture, technical decisions, and evidence of functionality.

I currently develop solutions mainly with Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security, with a particular interest in identity and access systems, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, role- and context-based authorization, service integration, auditing, and API protection.

I also work with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, JUnit, and Mockito, and use my Next.js and TypeScript knowledge to integrate frontend applications.

Other technologies I use include Redis, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, JUnit, Mockito, Next.js, and TypeScript. They are mentioned where they help explain the work.
